About Eric J. Chow

Eric Chow, M.D., M.P.H., is a board certified physician at Seattle Children’s Hospital, a UW associate professor of Pediatrics and Hematology-Oncology, an adjunct associate professor of Epidemiology and a member of the Clinical Research and Public Health Sciences Divisions at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. He is also medical director of the Cancer Survivor Program at Seattle Children's (http://seattlechildrens.org/cancersurvivorprogram).

Dr. Chow’s goal is not just to improve cure rates for childhood cancer, but to improve the quality of life for children and families dealing with and successfully overcoming cancer.

Dr Chow earned his M.D. at UC San Francisco and his M.P.H at UC Berkeley. His clinical and research interests focus on cancer survivorship. He holds leadership positions within the Childrens Oncology Group's Outcomes and Survivorship Committee and the National Cancer Institute-sponsored Childhood Cancer Survivor Study.
