Harborview Medical Center Homeless Youth Primary Care Services

Free healthcare services for youth experiencing homelessness

The Harborview pediatrics team provides walk-in primary care services at two shelters in King County, in Auburn and Seattle, for people aged 12-26 who are experiencing homelessness. This service is part of the pediatric team’s mission to provide a broad spectrum of care for King County’s most vulnerable residents, many of whom are unhoused youth. No appointments are necessary.

Many unhoused youth lack access to primary care. As such, this program is designed to provide primary, preventive, and mental health care in a safe, accessible, and judgment-free environment.
