We encourage all registrants to visit
www.harborview.org and use the prominent link for online Trauma Conference registrations. The online registration link may also be used to update our mailing list, whether or not a registration is submitted. Any of the payment options listed below may be used for online registrations. Harborview Nursing staff must submit a CE Request form in order for their registration to be processed. Online registrations for Harborview Nursing staff will not be accepted.

Harborview nursing staff must register via an approved CE Request Form, accompanied by payment if no CE funds are available.
Cancellations received before 9/4/18 will be assessed a $30 processing fee.
Cancellations received after 9/4/18
will not be refunded.
Registration Fees Include
Conference registrations, course materials, continental breakfast and lunch. Infants and children may not attend the conference sessions in consideration of other participants and speakers. Registration is limited and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Only registrations accompanied by payment via check, money order, purchase order or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) will be accepted.
