Hotel Accommodations​

The conference will be held at the DoubleTree Hotel Seattle Airport. A block of rooms at a discounted rate have been set aside for attendees of this conference. To reserve a discounted room at the DoubleTree, please call the hotel by August 30, 2019 and identify yourself as an attendee of the EMS Conference. After this date, rooms will be released to the general public.

Transit Information

For attendees taking Link light rail, the hotel is .08 miles south of the Airport stop. Please allow at least 20 minutes walking to the venue from this stop. We strongly recommend carpooling or planning your trip via Metro or Sound Transit.

Parking and Driving Directions

Parking will be validated by the Trauma Conference planners. If you are driving please park in the DoubleTree parking lot. You will be provided a ticket at the registration desk to cover the cost of parking. Please note: parking will be provided for daily use only; overnight hotel parking will not be provided.

Driving Directions

From I-5 North or South – Take exit #152 (188th Ave). The hotel is located 1 mile West of I-5 on the corner of 188th and International Boulevard.

From Seattle-Tacoma International Airport – There is a complimentary shuttle from the airport.

If driving from the airport turn right out of airport exit, proceed 1/4 mile south. Hotel will be on the left side.
