Public Notice: Resolving a Complaint and Sharing a Compliment

Patients or family members may report concerns about the quality of care, safety or service to any staff member, member of the medical staff or clinic/unit manager. Patients or family members may also contact the Patient Relations Department listed below to express concerns or to share a compliment.

We encourage you to report any concerns to the staff or manager at the point of care or service so that the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. 

Patients, their family members, registered domestic partners, or legally authorized surrogate decision makers can also report complaints to the Washington State Department of Health and The Joint Commission.
