How to Schedule Your Telemedicine Visit on Mobile
Prepare for your visit
- Make sure your device is plugged in or charged
- Sit in a space with good lighting
- Use headphones if other people are nearby

You only need to do this once per device.
Start Zoom
You can start Zoom in two ways.
1. Go to MyChart and log in
2. Tap "Join Visit"
Tap “Join Visit”, which is located above the “View details” button.
3. Tap “Join Video Visit”
Tap “Join Video Visit” at the bottom of the screen.
4. Choose the audio
We recommend using the “Wi-Fi or cellular data” option.
5. Turn on camera and microphone
Tap the screen to get the toolbar. If there’s a red line through the microphone and camera icon, you will need to tap the icons to turn them on.
1. Go to your email or text message
We will email or text you the link on the day of your visit. When you’re ready for your visit, tap on “Visit Link”.
2. Choose the audio
We recommend using the “Wi-Fi or cellular data” option.
