Specialized arthritis and rheumatology care in North Seattle
The Seattle Arthritis Clinic at UW Medical Center - Northwest is a multidisciplinary clinic comprised of experts specializing in the medical diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal and inflammatory illnesses, including rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis and many others. Common problems such as tendonitis, back pain, bursitis and carpal tunnel syndrome can be a result of rheumatologic disorders as well.
In addition to board-certified rheumatologists, our care team includes rheumatology nurse practitioners, a mental health counselor, psychologist and a nutritionist who all work together to care for you as a whole person.
Diagnostic tools available in the office include ultrasound, X-ray, bone density scans and lab tests. Our team is committed to empowering, patient-centered care focused on preventing tissue destruction and improving function. We are committed to helping you manage your illness through education, coaching and care coordination.
From Northbound on I-5
- Take exit 173.
- Turn left on First Ave. NE.
- Turn left (west) on Northgate Way.
- At Meridian Ave N., turn left (south).
- The entrance will be on your left. The building's main entrance is in the lower parking lot, closest to the freeway.
From Southbound on I-5
- Turn right (west) on Northgate Way.
- At Meridian Ave. N., turn left (south).
- The entrance will be on your left. The building's main entrance is in the lower parking lot, closest to the freeway.
Parking kiosks at the main entrance make it easy to ask for directions and provide an additional level of security.
Visitor and patient parking is inexpensive. There is no charge for visitors who drive on campus to drop off or pick up family and friends (a grace period of 30 minutes or less is allowed). For those who are on campus for scheduled appointments or who will be visiting for longer periods of time, the rates below apply.
Some physician offices and clinics provide validation at no charge. Please check with your physician or clinic directly before arriving on campus to see if they validate parking. The following are the current rates for parking on the main UW Medical Center– Northwest campus and the Outpatient Medical Center.
Length of Stay Rate
These rates are effective 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekdays on the main hospital campus and from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Outpatient Medical Center. Weekends are free on both campuses.
