We accept walk-in patients starting 15 minutes before opening and up until closing time.

New patients and kids over 2 months of age are welcome
If you have an infant under 2 months of age, please contact your child’s primary care provider directly.
If at any point your symptoms worsen or you feel like you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

Same-day Urgent Care
Urgent Care at Ravenna provides same-day care for minor illnesses and injuries that are not emergencies, for both adults and kids, seven days a week (see our holiday schedule). For infants under 2 months old, please contact your child’s primary care provider directly. We welcome new patients and walk-ins.
Additional information to know
- Patients with the most urgent needs are seen first.
- Wait times are estimates and may change.
- If you arrive late after using Get in Line option, you may lose your spot in line.
- Clinics may temporarily stop accepting walk-in patients if patient volumes are high.
- Onsite lab and X-ray availability may vary. If in-clinic labs or X-rays are not available, we are able to offer you other convenient solutions.

UW Medicine accepts most major insurance plans. All patients should verify their insurance coverage before completing a visit. For more information, view the health insurance plans UW Medicine accepts.

Virtual Primary Care is here for you 363 days a year (closed Christmas and Thanksgiving). See a primary care provider with an on-demand video visit in MyChart:

When should I seek emergency care?
Call 911 immediately if you fear that you have a serious, life-threatening illness or injury, such as stroke, heart attack, uncontrollable bleeding or head injury with loss of consciousness.
You should seek care in an emergency room if you have the following:
- Chest pain or pressure
- Shortness of breath
- Severe burns, pain or head trauma
- Sudden loss of vision
- Broken bones with bone exposed
Emergency Departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Ravenna is located at 4915 25th Ave. NE, Ste. 300-W, in Seattle.
From Interstate 5:
- Leave the freeway at exit 169, NE 45th St. If northbound on I-5, turn right onto NE 45th St. If southbound on I-5, turn left onto NE 45th St.
- Once you reach the bottom of the NE 45th St. Viaduct, take a slight right onto Montlake Boulevard NE.
- Take a slight right onto NE 44th St.
- Turn right onto 25th Ave. NE.
- The Ravenna Clinic will be on your left, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.
From the State Route 520 Westbound:
- Take the exit toward Lake Washington Blvd.
- Keep right to continue toward Montlake Blvd. E.
- Use any lane to turn right onto Montlake Blvd. E and drive across the Montlake Bridge.
- Take a slight left onto 25th Ave. NE.
- The Ravenna Clinic will be on your right, just north of the University Village Shopping Center.
Several bus routes of King County Metro Transit serve the area around the Ravenna Clinic. Use Metro's Trip Planner to learn which buses will get you there.
New Process for Parking
The parking garage at UW Primary and Urgent Care Ravenna has a new process. The gate remains open during business hours, and payment can be made at the kiosks near the elevators (look for the signs).
Steps to make a payment at the kiosk:
- Enter license plate number
- Enter the length of your stay
- Collect your ticket and proceed to the clinic
