A UW NetID and email account are required.
Students submit their immunization and test result documentation to a web-based system called CastleBranch (CB). CB will send an e-vite to you once we provide them with your UW NetID and UW email address. Students create their CB account when they receive the e-vite and can begin submitting documentation for each vaccine requirement. Detailed instructions will be provided by CB once your account is created.
The Tuberculosis testing requirement may be satisfied with either a 2-step PPD or a single IGRA blood test. A 2-step PPD consists of two PPDs (tuberculin skin tests) placed within 1-3 weeks of each other. At a minimum it takes 10 days to receive the results of the 2-step PPD and 4 visits to a provider to have your PPDs placed and read.

If your Hepatitis B or Varicella vaccine series are ‘in process’, you will be considered compliant as long as you adhere to your vaccine schedule.
Immunizations compliance is determined by CB and HSIP, not by the SOM. CB will send us weekly reports on student compliance status.
