This was my first visit to a UW clinic. Due to medical issues, I've been to several clinics over the last few years. This UW clinic has been the best service I've ever received from a clinic. When I checked in, the receptionist greeted me kindly, explained the documents thoroughly, and even helped me get the proper forms to help me transfer my medical documents from old clinics. It was less than 10 minutes before a nurse called my name and began my wellness check up. The nurse was very personable and thorough. After the nurse finished, it was less than 5 minutes before the doctor came in. She took extra care of me and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. It was one of the first times I have felt like a doctor took an interest in my concerns and steered me in a direction that was positive for my health. After that, I got lab work done. The Lab Tech that drew my blood was well practiced. It barely felt like I had a needle in my arm. The Tech made conversation with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. From the time I walked in to the clinic, to the time I walked out, I felt like every person genuinely cared about me. Even after my appointment, the eCare app and emails have allowed me to stay on top of my test results and medical records. I hope to continue to get such great care through the UW clinic.

I love my Doctor and I also appreciate your phlebotomist's. I have had horrifying blood draws but I do not fear my blood draws at this clinic.

Dr. Sansted was really great - it was one of the most respectful, empowering visits to the doctor I've ever had, and I'm so grateful and pleased she's my doctor. It felt really easy to talk to her about health concerns I found embarrassing with other doctors. [...], the person in the lab who took my blood, was also kind and professional.
