Had another good experience in the urology clinic. Zach was great at explaining what was happening with regard to the catheter as well as what to expect in the following days/weeks/month.

I did not mind the perhaps slightly longer wait time than would be ideal, as I appreciate that Zac spends the time required for every patient he sees, so this did not concern me at all. I found Zac to be extremely empathetic, patient, willing to hear me out regarding recent hospital care, and very helpful. I also had communication with him via MyChart both before and after the visit, which he was quick to respond to, which I greatly appreciated. He gets 5 stars from me.
