Great quality of care!

"Care" is not what I experienced at all. Dr. Patel was condescending. He couldn't be bothered to explain my EMG results that he ordered, nor did he have any empathy. He was dismissive and referred me to another provider. I don't think he really believed the symptoms I was reporting. I didn't feel heard at all in this visit or previous visits. The PA-C and Dr. Patel had the complete opposite opinions.

Fast service. Excellent team with and including Dr Patel diagnosing my current status. Very pleased.

Been working with Dr Patel for a year. His care and treatment for me has always been excellent . I'm very appreciatative of my successful surgery with him. Last year I couldn't even walk without severe pain. Today I can walk at least 3 miles per day thanks to Dr Patel.

I had to wait quite awhile for Dr. Patel (45 mins or so), but he was very helpful and thorough when he did arrive. I am happy with and grateful for the care I received.

Dr. Patel was everything you'd want a doctor to be, and more. He was instructional, and guided me through everything on my MRI. He listened carefully to all my concerns and showed me on my MRI authoritatively why they were unfounded. He really took time and care to walk me through the specifics of my case. He was extremely attentive and masterful. His approach to treat me was also original and, as I came to understand, the approach that would help me better than any other. His mastery allowed him to take a singular approach that it appears saved me from surgery. I will always be grateful to him, to the department, and to the UW for this. This man is a treasure and remarkable. Truly, one of the greats.
