Tuesday Burns, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist and a Clinical Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the UW School of Medicine.
Dr. Burns enjoys collaborating with her patients and viewing their concerns through a holistic lens. She believes that transparent, integrated care benefits patients and providers alike. She appreciated the strength of the mind-body connection and the resilience of her patients.
Dr. Burns’ clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD and treatment-resistance. She has specialized training in reproductive psychiatry, gender affirming care and neuromodulation.
Personal Interests
Dr. Burns enjoys cooking, reading and spending time outdoors with her family and many pets. She loves her volunteer work with a local animal sanctuary and her neighborhood food pantry.
