Biography

Treg Isaacson, M.A., L.M.H.C., a mental health counselor at Hall Health Center on the UW Campus and as a research therapist at the UW Medical Center Behavioral Research and Therapy Clinic.

Isaacson's therapeutic orientation focuses on the acceptance of one’s self and the change of one's thought patterns and emotions. When working with patients, he sees the person holistically and dialectically, guiding sessions to positive change and insight through validation and balance of activities.

Isaacson earned his M.A. from Antioch University, Seattle. His clinical interests include anxiety and Buddhist psychotherapy.

Personal Interests

In addition to counseling people, Isaacson enjoys traveling, writing, visual and performance art, music and literature.
