Tracey Fowler was very pleasant, jovial and a comfort to work with. Even though I was very late to my appointment, she still saw me and I was not made to feel bad about anything. She and the assistant didn't even mention it and it was a non issue. I did apologize because I do respect people's time and I mixed up my appointment time. Nurse Fowler went into great detail about my case and what strategies the team would like to take. What I greatly appreciated was her familiarity with my case and my past epic chart test results. Also the fact that she and the cardiologist whom I would see for the first time in July, actually discussed my case prior to my arrival. This resonated well with me because that's the same level of interest and research and background information I do when meeting with persons on important matters. This made me feel like they were interested in my health and welfare. She and the assistant, [...] are very professional.
