Thomas H. Jansen D.O., M.A. is a board certified family physician with a special interest in sports medicine. He has practiced continuously in Ballard for more than 30 years. He has expertise in osteopathic manipulation and a varied practice that includes adult primary care, musculoskeletal injuries and preventative medicine.
Dr. Jansen received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from The Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine at Pacific Northwest University's College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Jansen's clinical interests include Primary care, sports and musculoskeletal injuries, and osteopathic manipulation.
He takes great joy in working hand-in-hand with his patients to reach optimal health and fitness. Each fall, Dr. Jansen serves as team physician for Shorecrest High School and as event physician for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society's Pineapple Classic.
Dr. Jansen enjoys skiing, snowshoeing, boating and backpacking. He is a former Eagle Scout.
