Dr. Walters, her Nurse Practitioner and Nursing Assistant were all excellent practitioners. They worked extremely well together. I cannot think of anything I would improve as I was so satisfied with my experience.

It was one of the most confusing, frustrating, uncomfortable, and painful days in my life. I wasn't provided with any advanced information about what to expect- no information on required tests for this visit. The appointment was scheduled a month out instead of in a timely manner. [...] Although we checked in more than 15 minutes earlier; it took more than 40 minutes more to see the Doctor. The procedure was extremely uncomfortable and painful. Now we are scheduled way out another month for consult from a different Doctor. [...]

About Susan J. S. Walters
Susan Walters, M.D., is a board certified urologist at Urology Northwest and a UW associate professor of Urology.
Dr. Walters feels patient education is a large part of what she can do in partnership with patients to choose the best option for a particular circumstance.
Dr. Walters earned her M.D. from St. Louis University. Her clinical and research interests include incontinence, female urology, neurourology, stone and bladder cancer.
Outside of work Dr. Walters enjoys spending time with family, especially in the outdoors, skiing, hiking, biking and water sports
