About Susan Hunt
Susan Hunt, M.D., is a board certified physician at UW Medical Center and Seattle Children’s Hospital, medical director of the UW Pediatric to Adult Transition Care Program and a UW assistant professor of General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
Dr. Hunt enjoys working with patients across age groups with a particular focus on explaining disease process and treatment options to empower patients to participate in care decisions.
Dr. Hunt earned her M.D. from the University of Michigan. She is board certified in both General Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her special interests include care of patients with complex medical conditions originating in childhood across the lifespan.

In her free time Dr. Hunt enjoys hiking, running, baking, travel and photography.
