Biography

Susan Bentley, D.O., is a board-certified psychiatrist with UW Medicine.  

Dr. Bentley provides care in acute care settings, including psychiatric emergency services and the inpatient psychiatric unit, and consultations for patients on medical/surgical services. She also works with medical students, residents and fellows during their clinical training. She believes relationship-centered care is the key to successful professional interactions and provides the frame for patients to grow in health.

Dr. Bentley earned her D.O. at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. Her primary clinical interest is psychosomatic medicine.

Personal Interests

Dr. Bentley enjoys spending time and being active in the natural environment backpacking, sailing and camping, especially with family and friends.
