Silas Lenhoff, RDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist who specializes in pediatric nutrition. Silas provides personalized nutrition care for patients with a variety of health needs. He has worked in both hospital and specialty clinic settings, bringing expertise in managing complex medical conditions. With advanced training in infant and pediatric nutrition, Silas is especially passionate about helping children and adolescents grow, thrive, and develop healthy relationships with food. He believes that nutrition is not just about what to eat but also about how we feel about eating – and fostering a positive, balanced approach to food is key to long-term health and well-being.

Silas’s clinical interests include neonatal and pediatric nutrition, enteral and parenteral nutrition support, nutritional rehabilitation and LGBTQ+ care.
