About Shu-Ching Hu
Shu-Ching Hu, M.D., Ph.D., is a board certified neurologist at Harborview and UW Medical Center and a UW associate professor of Neurology.
Dr. Hu specializes in treating movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, tremor and dystonia. He also conducts research on Parkinson's disease. What excites him the most is to see patients who are living life to the fullest, despite challenges caused by their illness.
Dr. Hu earned his M.D. from National Taiwan University and Ph.D. from Johns Hopkins University. He is a member of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society and is board certified in neurology. He is an active participant and regional leader of the American Parkinson Disease Association, Michael J. Fox Foundation and Parkinson Study Group.

In his free time Dr. Hu enjoys swimming, kayaking and traveling.
