Dr. Biggin's articulation and demeanor was appreciated...

I appreciated Dr. Biggins' body language. Front and center toward me- attentive and valid concern. He is very logical- black and white which is understandable. But us ladies sometimes want empathetic verbage...lol! He was GREAT overall!

Scott Biggins was very personable. He seemed very interested in me and my care. I felt like he really cared about me and my needs. He gave me his business cards and said if any concerns or need to send records from another medical office, just send to him or have records FAXed to him.

[...] The Eastside UW Hep. Dept. is run so efficiently... from the receptionists, security, blood draw, to the nurses, everyone is on top of their games. But, MOST importantly, *Dr. Biggins is amazing! *Dr. Biggins - I could write pages - he is so prepared w/my past medical info... even if it's been months since I've seen him. He is attentive, caring, and clearly explains things in 'layman's terms." He has been comforting & encouraging when having to deliver what hasn't always been positive news. I never feel rushed... or like I'm just another number.... and I know this is getting increasingly rare in the medical world these days.
