Sarah Baker, MD, PhD, MSc is an Infectious Diseases physician who specializes the care and treatment of complex infectious diseases cases. Dr. Baker is the Medical Director of the Infectious Diseases & Tropical Medicine Clinic at the University of Washington Medical Center - Montlake. She also attends on the inpatient Infectious Diseases service at the University of Washington. Dr. Baker prioritizes partnering with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that not only address infections but also enhance overall outcomes and quality of life. In addition to patient care, Dr. Baker's research interests focus on the immunology of bacterial lung infections and the development of novel therapeutics.

Dr. Baker's clinical expertise includes lung, bone and joint, cardiac, and abdominal infections as well as tropical medicine. She is also an Acting Assistant Professor in the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine at the University of Washington.
