About Sandeep Prakash Khot
Sandeep Prakash Khot, M.D., M.P.H., is a board certified neurologist at Harborview, director of the Harborview Medical Center Consult Service and a UW associate professor of Neurology.
Dr. Khot is an expert in general neurology, vascular neurology and stroke. He strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Khot earned his M.D. and M.P.H. from Tulane University. He is board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology. Dr. Khot conducts clinical research on the relationship between sleep apnea and stroke, nutrition in stroke and rehabilitation after stroke. His other research interests include cardiac arrest, carotid dissection, intracranial atherosclerosis, giant cell arteritis and stroke. He also has an interest in the care of hospitalized patients with neurologic disease.
Personal Interests
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Khot enjoys cooking, running, travelling and spending time with his two children.
