Sam Rosenfeld, M.D., Ph.D., is a resident physician at the General Internal Medicine clinic at the University of Washington Medical Center Roosevelt location.

Dr. Rosenfeld, who earned his medical degree at the University of Virginia, strongly believes that exceptional patient care requires understanding, communication, and trust from both the provider and the patient. He also believes in the power of preventive medicine and education as strategies to avoid costly treatments and hospitalizations.

Dr. Rosenfeld hopes to provide great care to every patient using empathic support and the most current evidence-based guidelines.

Personal Interests

Dr. Rosenfeld was born and raised in Seattle. He is an avid Seahawks and Sounders fan. He enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding and cooking.
