About Samuel G. Rayner
Sam Rayner, MD, is a board-certified pulmonologist and critical care medicine physician. Dr. Rayner is an acting instructor in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the UW School of Medicine.
Dr. Rayner specializes in seeing patients with pulmonary vascular diseases. He strives to create active partnerships with his patients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Dr. Rayner earned his M.D. from the University of Minnesota. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Pulmonary Disease. His research involves applying bioengineering approaches to the study of vascular diseases, including pulmonary arterial hypertension.
