When Dr. Tsai was young, he and his family moved from Taiwan to Bellevue, WA where he spent most of his life. After high school, he went down to UC Berkeley for college before moving across the country to Dartmouth for medical school. Over the years, he's had my fair share of rain, sun, and snow, but always knew he wanted to come home to Seattle. He and his family spent a lot of time at Seattle Children's Hospital since his little brother was born with a serious heart defect. He is so honored and excited to be at home serving this community.
