Dr Emerson and his team are not only kind and understanding, they were easy to talk to and welcoming to any concern no matter how small. They returned messages promptly, Dr Emerson was even available on a weekend and responded right away. He treated me as if I was his only patient and made me feel at ease during the scariest medical issue of my life. His PA and nurses were knowledgeable and caring. I work in the medical field at another Seattle hospital and I chose UW as they care more about patients over profits. I would recommend anyone who has any neurological surgery needed to come here. I can't thank everyone enough. Please reward them with more than a pizza party ;) thank you all from the bottom of my heart, you saved my vision and eliminated my migraines that have ruled my every move for years.
