Ryan Martin, M.D., is a board certified cardiologist at UW Medical Center and Harborview and a UW assistant professor of Cardiology.

Dr. Martin believes the patient plays a key role in their care and should be involved in decisions at every step. His team focuses on teaching patients about their disease and equipping them with information and tools to help them achieve the best quality of life possible.??

Dr. Martin earned his M.D. at the University of Texas, Dallas. He is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease and Echocardiography. His clinical interests include heart failure management, cardiomyopathy and cardiac critical care. His research interests include methods to reduce heart failure readmissions.

Personal Interests

When not with his patients, Dr. Martin enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, hiking, running and traveling.
