Rocio Humphrey, M.N., A.R.N.P., N.N.P.-BC, is a board certified neonatal nurse practitioner at UW Medical Center's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Humphrey attends high risk deliveries and cares for ill and premature infants. She values honest communication with families and strives to deliver nurturing and culturally competent care to every family she serves.
Humphrey earned a BSN from Seattle Pacific University, where she was the recipient of the Highest Scholastic Achievement and Outstanding Student of Competence and Character Awards. She earned her M.N. from Duke. Humphrey has 17 years of clinical experience in the acute care setting. This includes a step-down telemetry/medical-surgical unit, high risk labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum and NICU units.
Outside of work, Humphrey enjoys family time, fitness, live music, dancing and travel. She and her husband enjoy food, love entertaining friends and scouting out new restaurants.
