About Robert Y Lee
Robert Lee, MD, MS, is a board-certified physician in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Dr. Lee believes in a team-based approach to patient care, emphasizing clear and compassionate communication among clinicians, staff, patients, and families. Recognizing that respiratory diseases and critical illness can be inherently distressing, Dr. Lee prioritizes supporting and guiding patients as well as their families through both acute phases of illness and their aftermath, ensuring that patients and families feel cared for and accompanied throughout the journey.
Dr. Lee cares for critically ill patients hospitalized in the intensive care unit (ICU) with respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, cardiac arrest, and other serious illnesses. He also cares for patients with respiratory diseases both in and out of the hospital. Dr. Lee is also an assistant professor of pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Washington.
Personal Interests
In his free time, Dr. Lee enjoys hiking, cooking, and spending time with his children.
