The care provider gave very clear explanations as to the results of the test that were performed on [the patient]. He also explained to us that he would be doing some referrals for her which was very much appreciated. We felt like we were heard and understood

Dr. Kalani was very informed and shared his knowledge with us clearly. He answered all of our questions and took all the time we needed for a successful exchange of information. We did not feel rushed. He spent much more time with us than we expected to receive.

I really appreciate Dr. Kalani's time, care, and explanation during my visit. This was my first time meeting him and I had a lot of questions and was not sure how to ask a lot of my questions. Because of my condition, I have been feeling very insecure about how I am communicating and articulating myself. Dr. Kalani was very understanding and demonstrated a great deal of patience, letting me talk through all of my points and questions, and never made me feel rushed even when I clearly was getting off topic or talking in circles. He took a lot of time to show me scans and images and explain what is happening in my brain and explain my condition, which was far more digestible than what had been explained to me before. [...] I really appreciate it how thorough the visit was and how much ground we were able to cover in this first visit.
