Ramesh Iyer, MD, MBA, is a pediatric radiologist at Seattle Children’s Hospital and a Professor of Radiology at the UW School of Medicine. He serves as director of radiology quality improvement at Seattle Children’s. His professional interests include quality improvement and the education of trainees. He has coauthored over 100 peer-reviewed journal publications and the textbook Pediatric Imaging: The Essentials.
Dr. Iyer grew up in Rochester, NY. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Brown University and his MD at New York University (NYU). He completed his radiology residency at the University of Washington and his fellowship in pediatric radiology at Seattle Children’s Hospital. He completed his MBA at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
In his free time Dr. Iyer enjoys spending time with family, running and enjoying the outdoors.
