Rachel Ostrander, A.R.N.P., is a board certified nurse practitioner at UW Medical Center.
Ostrander is part of the Advanced Heart Failure team. She is committed to improving the lives of others by providing them with opportunities, support and education to make decisions that allow them to make healthier lifestyle choices for themselves and others around them. She also believes heart failure is a complex condition that is best managed when the patient has a team of people working with him or her to bring about the best results possible.
Ostrander received her medical education at the UW. Her clinical interests include heart failure, and her research interests include physical activity and older adults.
When Ostrander is away from medicine, she enjoys running and painting.
