Dr Failor has been an expert and advocate for my care for close to 30 years. His knowledge and expertise has enabled my overall health to improve when needed and provided direction to other Specialists when necessary. More doctors need to follow his example. The UW institution should take note that pushing patients through to reach a daily goal misses the high quality of care that is needed for many patients. Dr Failor and his style will be missed, I'm glad that I benefited by his care.

It was my first appointment at the Endocrinology clinic. [...] Both the Fellow and the Attending carefully explained my condition to me and agreed on a follow up plan. The follow up was clearly explained.

Dr Failor has been my diabetes doctor for close to 20 years. He has been a delight through my journey. I am sorry that he is leaving, but I know he deserves a fantastic retirement in the years to come.
