Phuong Vo, M.D., specializes in blood and bone marrow transplantation. She is a UW assistant professor in the Division of Medical Oncology at the University of Washington and assistant member in the Clinical Research Division of Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
Dr. Vo believes a caring relationship with patients and families is paramount to everything she does. Her principle goal is to be transparent and to provide patients with accurate information about their condition and diagnoses. Patients and families are always encouraged to participate in their treatment decisions.
Dr. Vo earned her M.D. at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She came to Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, New Jersey for her internship and residency, and completed the fellowship in hematology and oncology at the National Institute of Health in Bethesda, Maryland.
Dr. Vo enjoys spending time with family, swimming, doing yoga and listening to country music.
