Biography

Peter Napolitano, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., is a board certified physician at the Maternal and Infant Care Clinic at UW Medical Center and the Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic at Yakima and a UW professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal Fetal Medicine. He is also director of WISH for UW Medicine Obstetrics and MFM Services.

Dr. Napolitano’s patients come first and his goal is to deliver care with compassion.

Dr. Napolitano earned his M.D. at Loyola University in Chicago. He is board certified in both Maternal and Fetal Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology. His clinical interests include prenatal diagnosis and ultrasound, medical team training, simulation and patient safety initiatives. His research interests include neuroinflammation prevention of cerebral palsy, placental physiology, maternal infectious disease and graduate medical education.

In his free time Dr. Napolitano enjoys fitness training and cycling.
