Patricia Fechner, M.D., is a board certified physician at Seattle Children’s Hospital and a UW associate professor of Pediatrics and Endocrinology.

Dr. Fechner strives to create active partnerships with her patients and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Dr. Fechner earned her M.D. at Northwestern University in St. Louis. She is board certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. Her clinical and research interests include Turner syndrome, androgen insensitivity syndrome and other disorders of sex determination as well as growth hormone and IGF-1 deficiency. She is associate editor of Sexual Development.
