Noelle Landers PA-C, is a physician assistant at UW Medicine's Urology Northwest Clinic. Noelle believes that each patient has a unique story and experience and their treatment should be tailored to that experience. Using shared decision making to help patients and their families meet their individual challenges and needs, her goal is to improve quality of life and continue the activities they love.

Prior to joining the Urology team she worked in the emergency room at George Washington University Hospital, Primary Care with One Medical and Urgent Care in Denver, Colorado. Before attending PA school she worked as an ambulance driver, ER technician, and trauma transfer specialist. Noelle is also a Teaching Associate in Urology at UW Medicine.
