Excellent listening, patience, ability to describe possible diagnosis. Also wrote an excellent visit summary and kept primary care provider informed.
Dr Eby is wonderful..thorough, kind, empathetic while also explaining things in a way I can understand. I've seen many care providers for my symptoms and he's been the first to clearly acknowledge and explain them in a way that helped me feel heard and hopeful.
We really appreciated that doctor Eby took plenty of time to ask questions, take questions, and do exams. He showed genuine care.
Dr Eby is amazing in how well he communicates and responds to concerns.

[...] I appreciate the expertise and friendliness of Dr. Eby. He was kind, informative and assuring.
Provider took all the time that was needed to address my concerns. Encouraged me to ask questions and took the time needed to fully answer those questions.
Dr. Eby was absolutely incredible! He really listened, showed understanding and concern and came up with lots of new options to pursue. He seems absolutely brilliant, very warm and caring and we feel very lucky to be under his care!
Absolutely awesome abilities in breaking things down so I can understand better! Definitely recommend
Very pleased with Dr Eby. Listened well. Had red the files from the California Dr. Dialogued well on treatment options. We are very impressed and pleased with Dr Eby.
I did not know if Dr Eby was new' to UW neurology team after attempt to schedule with my previous neurologist there who had recently retired. Dr Eby knew my past neurologist and so there was a measure of continuity and review of history pre-appointment without having to start over'. Thank you!
Dr Eby and [...] were caring and attentive to all questions and concerns.
Dr. Eby and Dr. [...] were both very friendly and engaging.
Dr Eby was great and spoke with compassion to my husband and I. He stated it didn't seem like my health issue was epilepsy related but was still compassionate. He didn't guess at what else it might be, but he is a specialist so I understand. The attending was not as compassionate as the fellow. I hope Dr Eby can always make his patients feel like he cares. He didn't have answers for me, but it felt like he cares.
I would rate all of this at 10, if I could. Dr. Eby is fantastic.
I thought this was genuinely such a good visit. The doctor followed everything I said, had clarifying questions, and explained everything well. I appreciated how kind and thorough he was
This was my first time with Dr Eby. He was patient and detailed with my spouse and I as we navigated my care. He spent lots of time making sure we were confident with the information and next steps.
