Doctor Shah was extremely careful and gentle cleaning out my ears, best experience for this, for me frequent, procedure I've ever had.
Dr. Shah came into the room extremely well prepared to discuss my sinus issues and sinus history. He took time to listen and asked me a couple of times if I had any questions and is an excellent communicator. His assistant, [...], is extraordinary in how he is always professional yet has a warm, calming demeanor. Their clerical staff was welcoming and yet efficient. GREAT staff!

I was very impressed with *Dr. Shah's attentiveness to my concerns. He is the 3rd ENT I've contacted because I felt the first two weren't very interested in determining the reason for my recent hearing loss.

dr shah is a great doctor
*Dr. Shah and his staff and everyone I've experienced at this clinic have been so incredible! I have received such great care in this clinic and feel very grateful for having such wonderful care available.
no suggestions, I had a wonderful experience.
the whole visit was exceptionally good due to no time limit pressure. I felt no rushing by Dr. Shah and he took time answering and explaining multiple medical questions I had. And also felt Dr. Shah made efforts to know the cause of the symptoms instead of just treating the symptoms. I sympathize pandemic is causing chaos in healthcare but I've never experience better treatments before and I believe it's due to less time pressure so doctors takes time to listen while I attempt to explain my symptoms and problems and not just to prescribe medicine to help with the symptoms.
*Dr. Shah was wonderful. A single appointment.
