I was actually taken early as I arrived early and another patient was late. Dr. Shah was empathetic, explained things in a way I could understand and was extremely gentle when he had to put instruments up my nose. Never fun to have that done but it was painless. Very happy to have been referred to him for something that has bothered me for years. There is hope!
