I know Doctor Shah it's very very busy, but I would have liked to have asked a few questions.

Doc was attentive and engaging. He was patient and listened to me and did not seem to be in a rush as docs often do.

Dr Shah did a good job of explaining the next steps during my office visit. Unfortunately, there was a bit of delay and confusion about what was being prescribed and there was minimal communication about when the Rx would be ready. I had to call and message the office a few times and ultimately had to contact the pharmacy myself and have them contact the Northwest ENT office.

Dr Shah is a perfect doctor. He listens and solves problems. It's been an extraordinary experience.

I have been coming to Dr. Shah for years and I felt he didn't listen to any of my concerns or symptoms but rushed me out of the office as quickly as possible. I had to asked about tests and really advocate for myself to get him to help even just a little. Asked about an allergy test and he was shocked we didn't do it already which irritates me because he is the doctor and should be listening to my concerns and try to help rather than me coming up with ideas.
