Niki McAlistair is exceptionally good at listening, giving pertinent information, sympathizing with my concerns, and helping me make decisions about my care.

I always have a great experience with Niki. She's amazing--she's kind, well-informed, and collaborates with me on my care. She listens with empathy, offers solutions to reduce my anxiety about the visits and improve my quality of life--works with me on everything to ensure I feel heard and cared for.

Nicole is extraordinary. I've been seeing her for several years and she is compassionate, real, kind and affirming.

Nicole McAllister and the office/support staff are fantastic! Trust in their knowledge for helping me navigate care. Scheduling staff (main help line) was great, since I got caught up in the Aetna debacle so they provided an out-of-pocket estimate quickly (without being asked to!) and gave me tips about the Transition of Care (TOC) option.

Nikki is personable and listens and interacts well.

I have spoken on the phone with Nicole McAllister a few times before and after my surgery. She always showed concern and was very helpful. She made me feel cared for. This was my first time she took care of me in this office. I liked her even better in person. She comes off as very sincere and very knowledgeable. I am sorry that she can't be my full time provider.
