I couldn't be any happier than I am with *Dr. Nicole Kieffer and the nurses and the Atlantic Clinic. She has advised me on the doctor I have or _____ and goes far above _____ in my case that I do appreciate and want to acknowledge. I chose *Dr. Kieffer at the... My present care and have recommended the U of W and clinic as to where I am living. Thank you.
I chose to see *Dr. Kieffer in order to establish care since my rheumatologist retired. I did some online searches and reviews of her were honestly quite poor and a bit disconcerting, but I decided I would make my own assessment based on a first meeting with *Dr. Kieffer. I am so glad I trusted my intuition as I was very impressed with her. Her demeanor, her knowledge, the fact that she clearly read my patient history before meeting me, the time she spent with me which didn't feel at all rushed, etc. *Dr. Kieffer was really great, and I hope this feedback is shared with her because she deserves to hear it, too many people do nothing but complain and it's not often enough that good work/deeds are recognized and acknowledged.
This was my first visit with *Dr. Kieffer. The physician's assistant so young came in promptly to the room to gather my vitals. She was very kind & efficient. After she left I waited 15-20 mins. for *Dr. Kieffer to come in. Prior to entering the room, I heard her talking with another employee outside my door for a few minutes re: a [personal] project. I thought this unprofessional. When she came in she introduced herself but asked nothing about me. She seemed to be in a hurry & abrupt-mannered. The required patient intake paperwork I had completed asked for the areas of the body where I was having [...] problems. When I mentioned these in addition to the [...] pain I was having, she said she could only address one problem at a time. I have a follow up phone/ZOOM visit scheduled with her in a couple of weeks but after that I will look for another provider. She didn't seem interested in me as a whole person/patient. I thought an initial appt. w/her would be more than the 20-25 mins. she spent with me. I would not recommend her to anyone.
no suggestions for improvement. Dr. Kieffer is well informed and always takes time to provide evidence based answers to my questions.
I have great respect for the doctors and nursing staff at the UW. Dr [...] at Roosevelt and Dr. Kieffer and others have given me thoughtful advice and listened carefully to me. I told my family that if I have something that seriously threatens me to put me in the car and drive me to the UWMC because if they can't save me no one can. I live in [...] and always go to the UW branches for care.
I have always received great care and concern from Dr. Kieffer and her nurses. They are easy to talk to and listen well to what I am saying.
Both Dr Kieffer and her assistant [...] deserve recognition for their effort to make the VTC experience as close to an "in office" visit as possible. I believe our candid discussions have been quite productive and have enabled me to make significant progress in my health safely.
Dr. Kieffer and the infusion suite RNs are absolutely wonderful. They are caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have only the best things to say about them. However the UW call center system is awful. Wait times are ridiculously long, and often they can't assist and end up just leaving a message for the individual clinic.
Have had all good experiences at the Arthritis clinic, everyone from the front desk to nurses to doctors have all been kind, caring, respectful and helpful. Really great team at the infusion center, always make me feel at home. Dr. Kieffer is knowledgeable and dedicated to improving my health and quality of life.
I was very impressed with Dr Keiffer .My sister recommended her. l am glad she did
Everyone at this office are pleasant and helpful. Dr Kieffer has always been an excellent provider. She spends as much time as needed addressing all of my health issues and answering any questions. She informs me of the options for treating my condition and possible side effects. The nurses at the infusion clinic are very good at their job, kind and supportive. The front office staff are always pleasant and helpful.
*Dr. Kieffer is a wonderful doctor. She reviewed my records before the visit, was prepared, LISTENED to me and answered all my questions. She provided clear explanations and thoroughly explained options.
[...] - the nurse was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kieffer seems very knowledgeable and to have a genuine interest in helping patients.
Dr. Kieffer was professional, kind, and very patient with me. She explained things well and I left feeling confident she could help me feel better.
Dr. Kieffer is always a pleasure to work with. She is thorough, compassionate and listens to all concerns. She is very collaborative and gives me opportunity to participate in my plan of care while also giving her recommendations. I feel safe and cared for by her.
I am a health care provider in the UW system and also get my care through UW. I saw Dr. Kieffer for a new diagnosis [...]. I was more impressed with her as a doctor and the functioning of this clinic as a whole than I have been with any other clinic in our system. *Dr. Kieffer listened to all my concerns and was thoughtful of my particular needs in developing a care plan. I felt like she took my concerns seriously and treated me with respect and consideration. If this gets passed up to administration: The NWH Arthritis Clinic is one of the most functional clinics and is easy to navigate from a patient perspective. I could make an appointment without going through the contact center and had efficient pleasant interactions with the scheduler, front desk, MA & x-ray & lab staff. I would HIGHLY recommend trying to recreate this clinic process throughout our system. I now recommend NWH over my own institution to MY patients because care was so accessible and pleasant. They are doing things right there. Please feel free to contact me for more details.
As always I received excellent care. Dr. Kieffer is very easy to talk to and I feel she really cares about me. I would not drive from [...] if I did not feel she is the best. Her shoes are always fabulous
It was nice that Dr. Kieffer and the MA coordinated together so well. I have my follow up appointment all made, and treatment plan all set. I am feeling comfortable with calling or using e-care if a need comes up. The MA was very happy and helped the visit end on a smiling note.
No suggestion. Was just very thankful for the time and care I was given. Really appreciate *Dr. Keiffer's willingness to trouble shoot with me for treatment options. As well as her medical assistant ____, I have never had someone follow up with me on multiple occasions to let me know that my medication authorization was denied, the pharmacy issues. Was a great experience. Thank you for helping me with everything. This is what makes me want to keep going to UW.
[...] *Dr. Nicole Kieffer did touch my joints, did listen intently and could NOT be more appropriate in what I should do, my status, my emotional & mental state of mind and moreover how to proceed. I don't think there could be a better doctor, caring human being, and someone I would put my trust in moreover my life, which I would with her. As well as *Dr. [...], *Dr. [...] and *Dr. [...], also *Dr. [...] - Thank you.
