Nicole Hardy, MD, MS, is an internal medicine resident physician specializing in hospital medicine and primary care for adult patients.

 

Dr. Hardy approaches patient care with empathy, curiosity, and a strong sense of responsibility, striving to understand each patient as a whole person rather than just a diagnosis. She is especially committed to clear communication, thoughtful clinical reasoning, evidenced-based guidance, and going the extra mile to advocate for patients and ensure they feel heard, supported, and respected. Additionally, as a dual Dominican-American citizen who is fluent in Spanish, she has a particular interest in ensuring that Spanish-speaking members of the Washington state community receive equitable and excellent care.

 

Dr. Hardy's clinical expertise includes caring for patients with common acute and chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease. She has a particular interest in addressing disparities in care, especially within the space of oncology.
