Nicole M. Flemmer, A.R.N.P. is a nurse practitioner at Northwest Hospital practicing in gynecologic oncology.

Flemmer earned both her bachelor's degree in nursing in 2008 and her master's of nursing in family nurse practitioner in 2011, both from Washington State University. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as a Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR).

Flemmer feels that optimal health is reached through a working partnership between patients and providers. These partnerships require safety, respect and empathy and the healthcare provider having regard for each individual’s needs and desires around the healthcare experience. As a nurse practitioner, it is her passion to work towards creating these partnerships with the goal of creating effective and meaningful relationships with individuals.

Flemmer enjoys spending time in nature, jogging, walking her dogs, reading, writing and journaling.
