BiographyNeil A. McFarland, M.D. is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides urgent care services at the UW Neighborhood Federal Way Clinic.
Dr. McFarland enjoys beings involved in wilderness medicine, including diving, mountaineering and flight contingencies. He also has experience in rural US and international relief efforts in limited access areas and conflict zones such as Syria and central Peru.
Dr. McFarland's background in urgent care and family medicine helps him connect with patients in a wide variety of situations. He enjoys treating the whole person and strive to work as a team with each patient to help them reach his or her best health.
Personal InterestsDr. McFarland enjoys yoga and anything outdoors such as hiking, kayaking, camping, ski/snowboarding and snowshoeing. He loves to travel internationally and has visited 40 countries.
