About Nathan M. Cross
Nathan Cross, M.D., M.S., is a board certified radiologist at Harborview Medical Center, UW Medical Center and the VA Puget Sound and a UW assistant professor of Radiology.
When interpreting images, Dr. Cross strives to incorporate current medical knowledge to answer his patients’ clinical questions in a timely fashion. When performing minimally invasive procedures, he works with his patients as if they’re family to get the diagnostic samples they need promptly and with a minimum of discomfort.
Dr. Cross earned his M.D. and M.S. at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland. His clinical interests include radiology, neuroradiology, neuro-oncology, stroke, spine pathology and minimally invasive techniques for biopsy. His research interests include imaging informatics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, imaging physics and magnetic resonance imaging.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Dr. Cross enjoys hiking, climbing, cycling, mountaineering, programming, embedded electronics, photography, cooking, woodworking and metal working.
