About Natalie Rae Weathered

Natalie Weathered, MD, MS, is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty board certification in vascular neurology. Dr. Weathered is the Neurology Residency Program Director and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurology at the UW School of Medicine.

Dr. Weathered believes in a team-based approach to patient care with an emphasis on educating her patients and families to help everyone better understand what is going on and all of the possible treatment options. She believes that a strong, therapeutic alliance with her patients will not only improve the symptoms they are experiencing but their well-being in general. Dr. Weathered’s clinical interests involve the inpatient, acute care of neurological issues such as stroke, inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, traumatic injury to the brain or spinal cord, seizure, and many others.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Dr. Weathered enjoys spending time with her family, as well as baking, reading and traveling both locally and afar.
