Dr. Usoltseva is super, she always does a thorough job... I like so much I kept her as my primary care Doctor when she transferred from Smokey Point [...] to Ballard Clinic which is about 25-30 miles away... SHE'S THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER HAD & I'VE HAD A LOT OF THEM...
