Morgan Turner, L.I.C.S.W., is a social worker at UW Medicine Primary & Urgent Care at Ballard.

Turner believes that people are inherently resilient as they attempt to adjust to unexpected life events or change long-standing patterns. Her goal is to help patients use established strengths to tackle new challenges and develop new tools in order to manage unpleasant moods such as anxiety and depression. Her practice is solution-focused and often explores the role that thoughts have on our moods and behaviors. She supports patients in exploring intersectionality and offers an affirming environment to explore mental health and wellness.

Turner received her medical education at the UW.
